Need to know ASAP

The car is no where near me right now to take any measurements.

For the wheels, what is the lug pattern and the backspacing for an 83 Z28? Thanks

The lug pattern is 5x4.75, not certain of backspacing, but I THINK the rear wheels are something like 4 inches, as for the front, I know their not the same as the back, but I never paid much attention.
