no 1700 sounds like your gettin bent over. you can get one for 1300 from summit. or about 1200 from speed inc. for my car i was told to get a mcleod twin with there miba lining (for racing) and thats about 1500.

well its 1700$ canadian i forgot to mention. so its almost about right maybe a little bit overpriced, but definatley not an "at cost" price. i think mcelod would be the way to go because any other clutch like a ram or SPEC clutch will come out to like 1100$ ish canadian because i have to buy a flywheel seperatly so i think ill go with the mcleod? i read its a very good clutch and it is close to the stock feel? anyone have one?

hey, just wanted to let everyone know that i drove 4 hours out of town and finally got the mcleod clutch instaled. paid 3500$ after tax in the end with a few other things that had to be done and im pissed right now. dad was driving it back home and he told me over the phone that something ewas wrong with the flywheel. sure enoug when he got home late last night i went out and drove it. after 130km/h the whole car shakes violently liek the flywheel isnt balancedro something but i paid them 200$ to balance it. when you shift into 6th though and your going over 130 you dont feel it anymore.

130km/h not mph lol, i just got back from driving it and the clutch started sticking now too. i had the pedal right to the floor and it was grabbing hard. almost couldnt get back home but then it seemed to get better as i kept driving it. it was only engaging for like an inch when it was right near the floor then the rest of the way up the pedal had no resistance.
