My neon is obd1 but semi compliant with obd2 and it works fine. Id do some research to make sure it doesn't work on your 95.

Great suggestion. From my limited research (reading the expert opinions here), the 95 Camaros are OBD-I with an OBD-II port. Although it would be fun to try it out, I do have an Actron to rely on. No pretty graphics, but it gets the job done...

Is it the Elm 327 perhaps? I have the Elm Scan adapter for the laptop, which works great so I trust it.

This is the one I was spying: Super Mini ELM327 V1 5 Bluetooth Interface OBD2 Scanner Adapter Torque Android | eBay
I don't want a long one that hangs to the floor where it could get knocked, or broken by my knee.

Yeah it's the elm327 Bluetooth adapter. $5 ebay, free shipping lol.
It's only for android I think, but I heard you can get cheap wifi adapters that work with some iphone apps. You will have to google it.
