Default Bad water intrusion in doors

So I was washing the car and I noticed that water was coming in from everywhere on the doors. I have the panels off and could see it pouring in on the backside down in the well. Also it seems to be leaking from the front corners very badly where it will run down the front and collect in the speaker well. Any ideas? Id like to remidy this before I do my audio install for obvious reasons.

Doors aren't water tight, that's why they have drain holes on the bottom.

I understand that they arent water tight but it is rediculously excessive, and would ruin any electronical equipment in the doors. My first thought was the seals but they seem to be fine. Whats a good place to get replacments? If they are affordable it might be worth doing for peice of mind. It doesnt and wont get driven in the rain but washing it is a problem right now.

Give the car a sponge bath then, it's better for it anyway. I like when guys sell their "babied" car and say "never seen rain", but yet wash the car with a garden hose, a power washer, or take it through the carwash. Uhhhhhhh....yeah it has seen rain, just the man-made kind.
