Default 7 1/2 cylinders

ok about 2 weeks ago i found that one of my spark plug wires had came out of the loom and been spliced by the pulley . it was cylinder 6. i replaced the wire and noticed more power better gas mileage etc. the engine light was blinking the entire time. but idk i just idk. ne ways the point im tryin to get to is idk how long that plug was not being fired (at least prolly a week) and now that ive replaced the wire when i go on the freeway when im doin 70-80 the engine light starts blinkin and i scanned it and its engine misfire im at 2500-3100 rpms during this time. another thing i noticed is it takes me 3100 rpm to stay at 80 and before it was like 2950-3000 at 80. i think the plug is probably fouled. since im lazy and dont wanna go thru the trouble of rippin it out and loookin at it. id like to know everyones thoughts on if u think its fouled or not. i prolly drove the car idk at least 600 miles without that plug bein fired. so i think its just fouled and at low RPM's its fine but as it gets higher that spark is just too weak and causes a misfire. my opti and coil are new. they are MSD. and all the wires are MSD 8.5 super conductor and the plugs are the AC Delco platinum 2. everything has less than like 5000 miles on it so im really leanin to start at that plug.
