well im getin the motor and trany for about $600. Im a student at a tech school, studying auto mechanics. and my buddy is a welder. so i can do most of it all myself to save money. I just need to know if space or anything not obvious will give me any trouble.

It's all the same frame, you will however need different mounts. You will also have to switch out almost all the sensors and the actual computer system...have fun[:'(]

You might need a tubular K memeber because of the fittings in the oil pan for the dry sump. But how in the hell are you getting an LS7 and trans for $600? Somthing is fishy....
