Ug, BTDT.
I got *almost* as medieval as Socom on my 94 V6. You're right, the bolt fuses to the bushing's inner steel sleeve.
I used a 3" air powered cutoff wheel to grind off the bolt head and a big drill bit to then recess the bolt shank. After prying apart the subframe eas there I was able to sneak out the control arm.
Awful job. AWFUL
