Loosed connection next to air filter

Hi everyone I purchased this 1993 camaro and I noticed that it has a loosed clip connection just there and I try to check where does it belongs to but cant seem to find where it goes.
If anyone can please help. I provided a picture if that helps

Hard to tell from the pic. Is the car running okay? No check engine light?

Yes the car runs fine.
But seen that just there bothers me im wondering if thats the reason why the car shakes at idle
