Default Lift Supports

I looked at
http://www.oreillyauto.com/site/c/de...1159&ppt=C0329

and
http://www.oreillyauto.com/site/c/de...1159&ppt=C0329

First I can't tell a difference other than in the picture. However my concern is will these ones provide enough support to keep or lift my trunk with an after market spoiler on it? The current supports require me to use some Jiu-jutsu moves to get a case of beer out of there.

Whatever the auto parts store lists as OEM replacements for a Z28 or SS should do you just fine.

Didn't think of that but it makes sense! Unfortunately it lists all of these as the same, I might just have to drive out to AAP and put one in my hands first.

the only thing I see different is the mounting holes, and one comes with the rubber gromet for the upper hatch.
