Default Left side warm right side cold

Had to replace head gaskets and such and im on to setting valves. Ive notice exhaust coming out of the left tail pipe and its warm but the right side i can just feel it and its not warm like the left side. Any ideas?

From past experience on bike its tell me one or more cylinder isnt firing on that side. But the exhaust connects after the manifolds and goes into a muffler that then has two exhaust pipes coming out of the back.

The muffler is causing that, the gas coming out of one exhaust tip has a longer path than the one coming the other, or one of the paths is partially clogged, and the side flowing more keeps the gas hotter.

what exhaust do you have. borla has a blockoff plate that if removed or opened most of the way it will let most of the exhaust out of the one pipe.
