Not sure what style fobs those ones had. The 95 has the older style fobs which the owners manual tells you, you need to take it to GM to program them but in actuality you just need to jump 2 pins on the obdii connector and turn the car on to program them.

For others that may read this:
You DO NOT program the remote/key fob.
You program the CAR.
The remote has a fixed ID code when it is built. Once the car is in program mode. The exisitng ID codes are erased. As each remote has it's button/buttons pressed the transmitted ID code is stored.
BTW, if you have two or more vehicles using the same model remote you can program all the cars to use the same remote.
