i would think sticking anything in ur intake would be abad idea..... that looks like a knockoff turbonator

Nah, it at least has a slightly better concept than the turbonator. Consider that it bolts directly to the TB, LT1 TB's are different than the LS1, ours have 2 openings/throttle plates instead of just one big one, so theoretically it would help out, but it's one of those mods that you do when you're trying to scrape ever last HP out of the car at any cost.
