as u sit in a 1993 camaro, on the far left, there is a spin wheel that if you push it up or down activates the Indoor Cabin Light over the spedometer.....
one day the indoor cabin light over the spedometer turned off completely
this is the same light that casts a light (when working) over the automatic gear shift in the center console
without getting too wordy...is this almost always a "blown Fuse problem"?
if so, which is the fuse if u can help me on the attached 1993 camaro fuse diagram that might have to be replaced?
i want to get my import free lance savvy mechanic friend to do a quick fix, he charges a lot cheaper
sorry i dont know much about this on my own....
Thanks in advance for any constructive help

I would agree with Craby, check for burnt out bulbs. The dash lighting power supply is feed through the #13 fuse in the IP fuse block. Might not hurt to check the fuse also. The fuse block schematic you have posted appears to from under the hood.
The schematics shown below is from the 1993 Firebird service manual. I can't guarantee that it is the same as the Camaro, but I would think it shouldn't be much difference between the two.
