Default idler pulley

I recently changed the a/c compressor on my 95 3.8. It seemed like the belt was too difficult to get over the alt pulley. I'm thinking the reman compressor pulley is larger. Now the idler and tensioner pulley bearings are loud. I went to change them and the tensioner pullley was no problem. However the idler pulley seems to be welded on. Any suggestions on removing the pulley? I'm gonna replace the belt with a longer one to relieve some pressure from the tensioner.

When installing the belt the final piece should be tensioner. The pulleys are more than likely just really tight. I used a breaker bar and cheater bar to take mine off.

Also forgot to add why don't you measure the old and new one.
