Seems to be happening lately that when I make a right turn at highway speeds, no matter how slight, I get a reverberating medium pitch hum with some slight vibration.

It sounds/feels like it's coming from the front driver's side wheel/steering area. (I can feel it thru my left foot on the foot rest.)

Does this sound like a wheel bearing problem? Tire problem? Steering or suspension problem?

On another note, it doesn't like right turns very much either now -- feels very tight going into a turn.

 

I would lean toward the wheel bearing or the wear pattern on the tire but it could be any of the things you mentioned. Ball joints, drag links all that in good condition?

 

I can somewhat rule out the tire wear pattern because I had them rotated back to the back to see if that could be the problem. Problem still persists.

Will check the suspension parts. Was thinking CV boots too perhaps?

 

dont have cv on the camaro. bearings, brakes draging, front out of alignment? tie rod ends. have someone turn the wheel back and forth for u while u get under and see whats moving that shouldnt be. ball joints have a wear indicator at the bottom of the zert fitting. if the base of the fitting is even with or inside the ball joint its worn. well didnt know what to say u seemed to have the problem well diagnosed. my spelling sucks. lol.

 

It could be any of the above, kinda hard to tell exactly what you're feeling. But, while making a right turn, more weight/force is put on the left wheel, so a wheel bearing would be one of the first logical things to check.
In the meantime, try to plot your courses making only left turns!
