Default Headlight Fogged Up!! Should I replace it? If so, from where?

Hello all!

First of all, I own a 99 Chevy Camaro (3.8L V6, Manual Transmission). This car's been great to me. It's stylish, powerful, and practical all in one. Lately though, it hasn't been living up to its stylish potential. I noticed that the driver side headlight has begun to fog up. It's looking opaque instead of transparent as it should be. Upon a closer inspection I noticed a tiny half-inch long fracture running vertically from the base of the light assembly. Could this have allowed moisture to enter in it and cause the fogging? And is there a way I can restore the headlight or is replacement the only option? In case that I have to replace it, I've already begun looking around online for a possible vendor, narrowing it down to two that I liked. Before I make the purchase, however, I'd like to ask if anyone has ever bought anything from either of these vendors. I'm a bit suspicious that one may not be legitimate, since the difference in price between the two vendors is pretty significant. Thanks in advance. They are:

You can try headlight restoration kits, such as Meguiar's. If you replace the headlight, buy after market headlights. The OE ones from GM are expensive. I've never bought from either of those vendors that you listed, so I know nothing about them.
