headers with EGR on Pass Side

my buddy has a 450hp ws6 and on the passenger side with the headers w/ egr tubes and crap we cant get a the 2nd sparkin plug in..he fouled out all his plugs and we changed them all but the 2nd in on the passenger side bc theres a damn egr tube right in front of it..any tricks on how to get that out

Ya, some plugs can get tricky with headers. SLP sells a sparkplug socket that is shortened to use specifically with headers, you could give that a try. I have a really old junky set of sockets and are open on one end that I can manage to get over the plugs and get them out with a pliars, so you may be able to try and find something like that. Can you unhook the tube and move it out of the way? I know on a stock car that's what I do.

yeah but the one part of the tube thats in the way is welded to the header...so removing that really cant be done.......he shoulda bought off road headers...wouldnt have egr crap lol

The only thing i can tell you is that all you need is a 3in. extencion, ratchet and deep well socket i did it. it sucks and you will bust your nuckels.
