It is not a direct fit like LS1 or LT1. If you are not a machinist or a fabricator there is not way to estimate it what it would cost you. If I had to guess I would say the Price of the Engine plus 5K. Another $2500 to get the stock 3800 up to the HP of a bone stock LS1. The reason this convertions is not common is not that it can't be done. It just not worth it. For the same money you could have a 11 sec LS1

wont work. well it will, but alot of fabrication. a roots style blower wont fit underneith the hood/dash. i say dash, because look at the engine, it half sits under the dash. you'd need to trim the metal and etc to make a roots style blower fit.

buy a centrifugal style blower. powerdyne, procharger, etc.
