Default clutch dis/engagement problem

okay guys, i finally started my 383 stroker 95 lt1 camaro. i bought the mcleod clutch kit that doesnt come with the adj. master cylinder because i didnt think i truly needed it. now when i start it, i cant get it into gear due to the clutch not fully disengaging allowing it to go into gear. has anyone had this problem. its a brand new system from gm(master and slave w resevior pre_bled) neeed help quick. thanks guys

what happens when you step on the clutch pedal ? does the pedal stay on the floor or does it automatically come back up ?

it feels extremely normal. its a brand new system. it comes back up. has feedback and everything. and its a twin disk setup from mcleod
