It's in the "LT1 FAQ" at the top of the LT1 boards.

kind of lost in the text, it should be in the fourth gen page, because it can help more than lt1 people

I would put it in both but all the locations and how-to's are pretty specific to the LT1 only, so I feel it's best to keep it there.
