Good Air Intake

Good Air Intake
Hey Everyone.
I have a v6 96' Camaro, obviously since I'm posting here.
My main question is that, I was looking for a good Air Intake for it, and I have always preferred K&N.
I was looking at the
K&N FIPK Air Intake, but.. When I was reading about it.. It mentioned that it was for the v8 5.7L 96'.
Does anyone know if I can still put this on my v6? I'm not sure, if there is a space difference from the V6 & V8.
Also, If y'all can suggest some good air intakes, that would be cool.
Thank you,
RJ

I dont think so, V6 TBs are single port i believe and V8s are split port. If you are shopping for an intake dont spend alot of time thinking about it. Unless you WANT a brand name an intake is an intake. In essence they are all the same. The only difference at time comes down to filter.

I don't know how your 3.8 compares, but I used to have a K&N CAI on my 94 3.4 v6. When I sold the car, I kept the intake and put it right on my 96 Z28. So if the 3.4 and 3.8 intake is compatible, then yes it will work.

Are you serious? Look at the size difference between the stock intakes...
I firmly believe a LT1 CAI WILL NOT fit a 3.8L V6... The intake tubing are different lengths
