Well I have a 95 Z28. I just put today's gas purchase in my car maintenance tracking computer program (it calculates mileage for you). 18.69mpg

Sorry, I know you were asking LS1 SS folks.

This program I use rocks, btw. It's called CARCare. I track all my expenses - ALL of them. I got 2 new batteries for my remote entry key, and I entered it in. I think a lot of people don't realize what they're car is actually costing them (gas, oil, filters, tires, brakes, blah blah). Here's the site: www.carcaresoftware.com Check out some of the screenshots in the features section.

On the open road keeping my foot off it probaly low 20s. However in town and once you start rolling at higher speeds it drops off a good bit. Still not to bad for a good size v8.

I have a WS6 6-speed and when it was bone stock the milage is amazing i think you can expect mid twenties on the highway, depending on speed limit i have gotten as high as 32 but that was all 60 mph driving

Dude, are you sure you're calculating it right?

I had a 3.1L Lumina and it got like 20-25. 100,000 miles on it, nothing major wrong with it. City driving

Driving styles and traffic depth man. I would get GREAT mileage if i didnt live on a plateau and if i didnt live on the main drag.
