Default fuel rail

just a quick question i pulled my fuel rail had two cracked injectors now im putting stuff back together n im fighting the injectors to go in the ports any suggestions or advice its a 94 3.4l v6 auto

Assuming you only replaced the two injectors, hopefully you replaced them with OEM style instead of cheapo aftermarket ones, to prevent a mis-matched fuel flow between them and the other 4 with a resulting rough running engine and the SES light popping on. Go ahead, ask why I mention that, but you probably know the answer!
Is it also safe to assume that you replaced ALL the o-rings with new ones? You want to give them a coat of oil, but they'll still be a snug fit going in.

agree, not a good idea to change injectors without having them flow tested to make sure they are flowing the same. make sure the intake holes are clean, it can take a bit of pushing and wiggling to get em to pop in when the o rings are cold.

i have them connected to the fuel rail but im struggling with getting in the ports it doesnt help that the high today was 32

No, cold doesn't help much at all. Warming up the o-rings with a hair dryer might help.

someone said that i should bolt the fuel rail to the plenum n try to install it that way opinions?

are you sure you got the right o rings? should not be to hard to get em in there. i dont think the bolts are long enough to reach till they get in so far.
