If you care about *seeing*, you don't want to go above 5000k, that blue-tint higher color temp. inhibits the amount of light emitted! 5k is pretty pure white, but supposedly a little below is more like Noon-Sun -- brightest. I paid $115 shipped for two sets -- one for each of my Camaros (DDM Tuning), 93-97 will also need a bulb housing, which they don't sell. Yes, or you could modify your existing housings...
Sounds like SOMEBODY has old blinker fluid in their Camaro...

Seriously wtf is this stuff? To me it looks like a practical joke and it always will be unless it really is true stuff.
These first model forth gen lights blow chunks. Best thing to get are the hid lights. Everyone says they are awesome. plus they are plug n play. Much easier. Chaotic got his for $40. That's dirt cheap. But good quality ones are around $150+. You just need you low beam and if you want high beam set with some 8000k bulbs or higher and you can see alot better. Then pick up some rtv sealer and twist out the lame bulbs out of the light housing and put the hids in and some rtv sealer around the outside edge to seal it back up. It'll make a Huge difference. And it's must cheaper and alot less work. A front end swap you need the whole front end. Light clip, brackets, fenders, bumper, bumper cover and lights. Then you need time to paint it, remove the old stuff and install the new stuff.
