Default Front Bumper Replacement

How hard would it be to replace the front bumper on my 95 camaro? It has a weird dent in the side and some paint cracks. I was just going to buy a oem replacement and paint it but I've never replaced body panels before...

its rather easy...did my whole front end myself...only real problem that i had was the bolts were all rusted and ended up rippin quite a few of them out of the bumper...but its mainly like 15 bolts that hold the cover on easy job to knock out in a couple hrs on a saturday afternoon
