you dont need to take off the front bumper to insert a billet grill. I just put one in a few weeks ago and it was pretty easy. The outside clips and i believe most of the top clips all popped off but it was still hanging on by the bottom middle ones. Just cut that ***** outa there. Put your new billet grill in place and get a power screwdriver. Just drill the screws right through the plastic. If you dont care about ruining the black grill then go for it. If you wanna save it then yea, your gonna need a different way.

Take out the inner wheel well, there are a few bolts behind the fender that bolt those two together. Then there are the bolts on the bottom of the bumper with the air shield and then the top bolts on the bumper.

I need to remove my front bumper cover also. Did you find it easy?

How do those plastic clips that connect the (front body) bumper cover come off? The ones located under the hood.

I suck at car work. But I know I can do this.

The only grill I know of in which you have to take off the front bumper is made by Grillcraft. If you have an early model fourth gen. step by step installation and pictures are included:

or a late model fourth gen.:
