Ya i definately have a hard time on this one. I like the sound of the hooker better but i like that the magnaflow is stainless. Will the hooker really rust that fast?

To update an old thread I have gone with the Magnaflow catback with the dual tips not the quad tips. I love love love the sound. But does anybody have some advice of how I can get my fitment better. When I hit certain bumps I it seems like it hits a bit somewhere over the axle, but what bothers me the most is the drivers side tip always tilts up and rubs on my bumper, that drives me crazy so any advice on how to get that to stay please let me know. Otherwise everything went together pretty easy, I have been adjusting it but cant seem to get it right.

gota twist the pipe at the muffler so the muffler goes up. that should push the tip down. best to get it right before tightening the clamps, not a biggie if your using band clamps.

Ya that makes sense. It seems like the muffler is hanging down far and on an angle, almost like its more vertical then horizontal. If i loosin up all the clamps and push up the muffler all the way so its more horizontal it should work, atleast i sure hope so. This should also help with the rubbing around the over axle pipe. Any other input is appreciated. Thanks.

lol, it took almost as long for me to get the muffler and tail pipes right as it did to install the whole exhaust. adjust one pipe and all the others change.

Oh i know exactly what you mean ha. Sucks cuz the passenger side is perfect and stays that way. But the dumb drivers side moves when i drive, which is weird since that one has two hangers ha.
