Well those Supras have a much stronger, all forged lower end and come with a turbo. For what it's worth you could build an iron LS1 with the right internals and a ton of boost and make those kinds of hp numbers. Toyota really did a good job with those engines.

 

An all out race car can usually beat a street car, but it really proves nothing new.

 

supra would be my next drram car cause they are so damn sweet! has any one on this board ever raced one? what do a stock tt run anyways?

 

Yea I raced one with twice the HP I had, and blew by him every time. He thought he was a bad-*** because he had a high hp Supra, but he had not traction and was a lousy driver. So a 350 hp Stang with a good driver and traction>a 600+hp Supra with a dumb kid behind the wheel and no traction.
