dont know, never seen one. lol. take it out and have a look at it. carb cleaner should work unless its all carboned up then may have to use wire brush and then carb cleaner. if that black crud gets in the shaft of the valve it will jam it.

All the IAC is, is a motorized push/pull shaft with a rubber plunger at the end. It controls how much or little air flows through the idle passage (bypasses the closed butterfly in the TB). Normally when they go bad, it's an electrical problem within it.

Well I went ahead and replaced the crank sensor and that didn't fix my problem
Two hours of work for nothing. I'll re read the codes sometime this week and let you guys know what I find out.

When I took off my intake elbow earlier it was full of oil... Could a bad PCV valve cause my car to run like crap? There was oil in the throttle body too and it was coming from the PCV valve tube.

Yes sir. If it doesn't close completely air can sneak in. Which is usually no bueno. Luckily they can be had for like 5 bucks or less.

If you mean cause the EGR code, no. But the oil could be the cause of the engine running crappy. Get some MAF cleaner spray, then remove and clean your intake air temperature sensor (the probe in the intake elbow). If that's gunked up, it can and most likely will make the engine run poorly by being confused and in turn messing up your air/fuel mix. Might as well replace the PCV valve, and once all that stuff is cleaned up and back together, keep an eye on it to see if you get an oil build up again. Your oil issue might be because of getting blow-by (worn rings), and with your miles, I wouldn't be totally surprised. If oil accumulation becomes a problem again, you'll want to install a catch can setup to avoid oil getting into the intake.

Okay I'll try to get everything torn apart, cleaned, and put back together and let you guys know something within a couple days. Also I might add that when this whole problem started, I thought it was an ignition issue because it feels like a misfire unless I'm at WOT. So I changed my coil packs, plugs, and wires. But I did it all one thing at a time. I replaced my coil packs with MSD packs and my car ran amazing for about 5 minutes. Then it went back to crap. So I changed the plugs and wires and that did nothing for me. So could it still be an ignition problem causing my horrid running condition? Or have I eliminated all of the ignition? Could it be a faulty ignition control module? Or even my ECM?

Did you fix your EGR problem? EGR operation is not activated at idle and WOT.
