Default Does anyone know what this means?

My 97 Z28 30th anniversary edition convertible has a pinstripe along the side and right near the break at the door and the rear quarter it says "C & E Edition". Does anyone know what this means?
Thanks!

Custom work is my guess, I have never heard about this before.

Do you remember the name of the person you bought the car from? Perhaps it was put there by a couple who owned it, much the same as carving their initials in a tree (or graffiti on a train car), depends on where you live.

Guy I bought it from said he thought it was for "Canadian Edition" because the car was built on the assembly line in Canada. He got the car from his single uncle. So must have been original owner or dealer. When I was growing up outside of Chicago, there was a Chevy Dealer named Celozzi & Ettleson and they would do special stuff like this back in the 70's. I figured it was custom but wanted to check with all of you. Thanks!

They are all made in Canada, Maybe take some pics to see if there is anything custom besides the strips. I know there was a lot of Yenko strips installed on 4th gen but it had just the strips, Yenko's real owners went after the manufacture with a law suit.
