My daughter has a 1997 Camaro 3.8. I would guess the problem is a vaccumn problem, could anyone help me with the vac. line location under the hood or even a vac. diagram. The motor was recently replaced guessing a line is split, runs to good for a vac line off. Just thinking out load. Thanks for the help.

 

i wish i could help with location. i am going to agree with you on it being vacuum related. on my mustang the a/c line was passenger side towards the back of the engine bay

 

in the 93 they go threw a vacumn tank under the hood. there are a couple acuators under the dash. have a look at these and see if they help. its from a 93 book, dealer service manual. best investment ive made for the car.
