I assume your talking about about the yellow driving lights. Ya they are factory. If one is out, just check the bulb.

Light sensor is in middle of dash, where the vent is, with the security light.

Is there an easy way to just disconnect my daytime running lights so I can turn them on and off manually? I was never really a big fan of daytime running lights, i mean I guess their conveinent if your lazy, but i'd like to be able to turn off my lightsif imsitting parked at night .

Shut off the engine. Pull the parking brea, then turn on again. As long as the parking break is engaged the lights should stay off.

I thought there were ways to reprogram this, but just looked through the manual and didn't find anything.

It's a dual filament bulb. You noticed three wires going to the socket right? One is ground, another is power for DRL, the other is power to it for when headlights are on. Either the wire is bad, or one filament is burned out. Change the bulb.
