unhook battery cables, clean the battery terminals and battery cable ends, wire brush the heck outa them. there is a power distribution box (small red plastic box)on the passenger side fender well by the battery, take the wires off check for damage and wire brush them as well. you will see a ground junction next to the power junction box. take them lose and clean them too. if you have a helper get under the car and test the start wire at the starter. have them hold the key in the start position while you have a volt meter on the small wire to the starter. if you have 12 volts there and at the big wire you have a starter problem. last resort at the starter try and short the small wire connector to the big wire connector/stud and see if starter will engage. i have used a screwdriver to do this. be careful some sparks may fly. do not ground either of the wires.
