Default a couple questions on my 98 camaro

hi guys, i'm new here, and i have a few questions about my car. i've only had it for about six months, but i've gotten pretty familiar with it. one problem i'm having is with the headlights, they were installed when i bought the car, and they are not bright enough. i'm not sure if they are not aimed properly, or if the bulb needs to be replaced, etc, etc. i really don't know too muc about these headlights. i've included a picture at the end of the post of my car, if you need any other pictures or info on the lights, i'll be happy to post.
the other issue i'm having is kind of a stupid question. i'm wondering where a good place to jack my car would be, and where to put the stands. my jack is a little too tall to fit under the cross member, and i'm not sure where a good place to put it would be, i don't want to bend anything out of place. and as far as the stands, i have an idea of where they should go, but again, i don't want to break anything. if any of you would be able to post a picture of where i should put the jack and stands, i would be forever grateful.
i really appreciate any help you can give, and here is my camaro, which i have nicknamed lightning cruiser:

thanks for that. although, i'm having a hard time seeing the actual points. i was hoping someone had some pictures of themselves doing it, just because i know that i'll get clear pictures with a good idea of exactly where to put it. it's kinda hard to explain, i just trust the users on here more. also, the underside of that car looks almost nothing like mine. so, it gives me an idea, but not exactly what i'm looking for.

jack on the pinch weld about 10 inches from the wheel. only lift one tire at a time than you want to put the stand about 3-4 inches from the wheel

as for the headlight pull onto a dark straight abandon road and reaim them if that doesnt help pull out the bulbs and type the part number into google youll figure out what they are
