Default 97 camaro ss 30th anniversary newbie v6 auto couple questions

Im new to this forum, I recently bought a 97 ss 30th anniversary. Its a v6 auto trans. I bought it with a k&n intake and a venom 400 performance pack, also a flowmaster cat-back. I was wondering what other mods i can do?

My other questions were if their are kits to swap the rear drums to disks, and i have tire hop, what can i do to prevent that. Im on a strict budget as many people are these days. im planing on doing the reg tune up, oil, plugs, wires, brakes, and also rad flush and possibly tranny flush and dif fluid. just wondering if any one could help me out.. thanks

some rear LCAs might help..as far as the suspension goes...i would invest in the better quality stuff. Spohn makes a great product and I think they are having a sale. i used them on my 98 SS and they made a very big difference.

Just a FYI your car is not a SS or a anniversary edition. You have a base model with 30 anniversary logo on the seats (all 97's had that). All SS's are V8 and All anniversary edition cars are white with orange strips and have a V8. A anniversary edition can be a Z28 or a SS but not a V6.

Wheel hop is not a common issue with these cars even with 300 HP posi rear V8s. Wheel hop normally due to more Toque then the rear end mounting/spings can handle. You need to check for something loose in the rear or check the togue arm/ trans mount.
