Default Coolant Light

Hey whats goin on yall, got a new problem for you guys. My story is this: Driving to work yesterday, service engine soon light comes on. I get out the scanner at my shop and its throwin out low coolant. Thats fine and all, and home today to fill it up. Turns out previous owner just had water in there, and it was kinda murky and had some gunk in it. I flushed the entire system, got rid of the murkiness and gunkiness, filled it a little to much though. A lot more than the fill line says, but not a crazy amount. Go to turn own the old girl, the actual coolant light comes on.. anyone know what this could be?

^ yeah, that. You will probably have that light come back on several times until the air is completely gone. I bled mine umpteen million times and still the light would come back on every now and then until the air was completely gone.
