Default Coolant Leak!! NEED Advice!

Got a 95 Camaro with 3.4L! Just below thermostat is a thread adapter that has a push in coolant tube with 3 ports coming off tube. One to heater core on the end amd the 2 other are smaller ports that go up to the throttle body. My question is, to remove the tube it looks like a quiche disconnect of sorts. How hard is it to change amd does the tube get destroyed trying to disconnect. I then I found the fitting at O'Riley's but wanted some input before I tore up something and can't find parts! Thanks y'all!
