I've seen many times that you can not chip a camaro. but on ebay there are many chips claiming they're for camaros. Are they bs?

 

Older camaros you could install chips in them. The new camaros, you can only reprogram the CPU.

 

Those things on fleabay are just a resistor that you install inline with your IAT (inlet air temperature) sensor. It fools the computer into thinking the engine is still cold when it isn't, keeping the fuel mix rich. It's a bad idea.
