Parts list from a sticky on LS1tech.

master + slave cylinders (prefer 01 up) (also, master cylinder u-bolt and nuts)
new pedal assembly with clips for clutch rod and brake rod
new console tray with shift boot, and lower shift boot
pilot bearing, bellhousing, T56, crossmember, T56 torque arm mount and bolts, shifter
pressure plate, flywheel, clutch, and all related bolts and clutch tool
You will need to have your PCM flashed to a 6spd PCM, but you do not need a new PCM

Some good info here:

Edit:My bad, hopefully this is more helpful.

I fixed my previous post for ya. Supposably GM High Tech did an auto to manual conversion and did a write up, that would probably be a good resource if you're gonna do it yourself.

It's not a big deal, I went the other way man-auto and it was pretty easy. I think you should get a big stall converter for your auto and smoke people who think autos are slow.

You will need a lot of experience and paitence. Along with $$$ and the proper tools. A lift would be helpful and lots of beer and good music. An occasional stripper to stop by to take your mind off things would really soften the blow. (Pardon the pun.)

Spoken like a person who has never done the swap. The hardest part will be getting the car to a tuner to get the ECM re-tuned.

Try to find the GM tech article about it...after you read that try to decide if you still want to go through with it.

JD, it's good to see you around with your "slow" auto again Where have you been man!?
