u are talking about the vats system. there is a write up on how to bypass it in the fax and tech on the lt1 section. https://camaroforums.com/forum/lt1-lt4-tech-9/lt1-faq-tech-25386/

Let's see if I got this straight. The car ran fine, then you took off the door panel and messed with some wires, now the car won't start? Before ripping apart your security system, I would take the door panel back off and check all your wires. Part of what can activate the security system is in the door lock mechanisms. Check to make sure no wires are off, broken, or frayed. Also grab the rubber conduit and the wire loom that runs between the front of the door and the hinge pillar. Move it back and forth and see if anything changes for the better. Over time, a wire can break from the constant bending back and forth while opening and closing the door. By the way, did you at least fix the window?

Thanks, that was very helpful. The car ran perfect up to the point of messing with the door. When i try and start it its like something is not allowing it to go over. I did not get the window working either!!! I was checking to see if maybe it was a switch or a plugin something simple before i hand nmy wallet over to someone to fix it. Thanks for all the help I appreciate it!
