Exactly what does it mean when your computer will not go into ready mode...and what are the steps you have take too fix it????

Ready mode means that thePCM has completed an passed all diagnostic tests (monitors)and is ready for smog inspection. If a code was cleared and the PCM has not run diagnostics for that code, it will be Not ready and fail inspection.
