you just need new front bumper, several brackets, headlights bracket, fenders, capsules for the lamps, fog lamps and hood. don't think that this would be too much if you can get it from a totaled with rear damage..... if i missed something in the list...

here is what do for conversion to 98+ , i think this should be possible the other way around.....

I think its more worth to just buy a 98-02
