Default Camaro project car

We bought this car with a blown engine. It is a project car for my son to drive when it is finished. Here are a few pics. We have it all put back together and drove it a few miles. Now a misfire. I have to figure out if it is coil packs, fuel injector or some sensor. Replaced the wires and plugs, double checked the wiring connections. Picked this car up for a few hundered dollars.
