Default Cam (e-check) question

I know this question has been asked (in fact I read a post about it like a month ago) but for some reason the search feature isn't working for me tonight.

What is the most "agressive" cam I could go with and still pass emissions? (I live in NE ohio. About 20min from Summit Racing actually)
I was looking at the lt4 GMPP kit from summit. Any other suggestions? I also considered a custom grind but would just like some opinions.

As far as power adders all I have now is a full exhaust and intake.

Want to eventually run a small (75-100shotish) of N2o.
My buddies friend builds engines and has a flow bench (Supposedly he does really good work) so will probably look into that. Brand new heads are out of the question for now unless I get a better paying job. Being a full time student while working full time leaves little time for second jobs and making money on the side.

Also, since I am posing the above question, does anyone have any additional suggestions for getting into mid 12s? Besides the above I am running 4.10s. I have not had it to the track yet to get a base line, will have to wait until spring =). This is my DD in the summer so I would like to keep it streetable (and above 19mpg highway lol). Toss anything out there, I don't have a set budget but to be honest I am quite poor during the semester.

go here http://elliottsportworks.com/?page_id=32 then get the le2 job on the heads as well. cam isnt going to do that much without the heads being done and some good headers. your gona need springs anyways and 1.6 roller rockers will be advised to.
