what rear end do I need to get sideways then? I don't need to hear I need a bigger motor or a different car either.

You have a very hvy car with a low torque motor and you are talking about doubling your current traction. You could try gears like 411 or 456 but they will kill your gas mileage and you top end. Whats left? buy real skinny back tires? maybe go to a junk yard and get a pair of those spare donut tires?

then i guess you wont be hearing anything lol. its exactly as gorn said. the 3.4 was never a torque monster and adding traction with a lsd will just make it harder to get sideways.

if you lock up your Diff every time you turn a corner your going to squeal your tires!! some might consider that fun though lol!!

I don't expect to be able to stomp on the gas and go sideways from a stop but I would think by punching the gas on a turn I could swing the back end out which is what I want.
