RE: Burn out help!
lol, of course more horse power you can do better burn outs, but you can do them with your V6 as well, press down the brake and hold it there, now push the gas petal down about 75% and gradually as it starts spining either let off to about 50% throttle or just keep it gunned, if you dont care about your tires. be patient the v6's dont have much torque so itll take a little bit for a lot of smoke to start coming out.
BTW dont do this often its not good for your car if you want to keep it for a long time.

RE: Burn out help!
I have a 3.8 and as a matter of fact, I just drifted across an intersection about 30 minutes ago. (just bought the car and haven't seen what it can do yet, at least until today). Of course the more horses it will be way easier, but if you can't get a decent burn out by just stomping on it something has to be wrong with your car. Yeah, "brake stands" (holding the brake and flooring it) are the easiest way but personally, I stay away from that.
