Come Spring time the SS will get some upgrades, since it's quite a job to do headers on these cars I'm having American Racing headers done at Welcome to Wong's Performance Engineering in Vancouver,WA and while we're at it a cam and head upgrade.
Tom says we can put another 100hp to the rear wheels if we do LS6 heads and a cam so I popped for a nice low mile set of LS6 heads taken off an '04 Z06 Vette that's getting an upgrade to something more exotic. Only 45K miles on these.

Who will reprogram the PCM?

 

Not sure on the cam just yet, I'm talking with LS engine guru Tom Wong about that and Tom will be doing all the work and tuning for me.

Congratulations!!!! just had a a PCM flashed by him last week, he was working on a 96 Camaro last week with a supper charger vroom vroom...great guy.....

 

Yes he is,he's specing a cam for me after our last conversation. I'm stoked about this package!

 

WOW....moving right along. I'll be watching to see how it turns out. I'm wanting to do the same. I just need to fine someone in atlanta do the tune.
