Default Blower problem.

Hey guys, i was driving to work today and turned on the heat, and just started to realize air didn't come out very fast. At with the blower turned on full, it kinda just rumbles out like exhaust at idle. I'm assuming this is a blower problem, but if you think it could be something else let me know. Otherwise, i'd like to know where to find the blower, how to replace it, and where i could go to get one.

Does it sound like its trying to blow out the air when you turn it on?
