Default BLINKER LIGHT

When i put on myright blinker, the arrow just sits still and doesnt move as does the actual turn signal itself. The left blinker works just fine but i cant seem to figure out how to get the right one to blink instead of just sitting still. Its a 2002 Camaro LS1, any suggestions??

Usually when the blinker indicator stays solid it means one of your turn signal bulbs in the front or rear on that side are burned out.

Even when the light itself stays on, it just wont blink, does that still mean that its burnt out?

If one of your outside turn signal lights (front/back) stays solid then you might want to check the other end to see if that light is lit up. If not, burnt out light; if so, then its something else.

in the front you have two bulbs a runner light and a blinker light most likely ur blinker went out and your runner lights up.

The lights are set up in series rather than in parallel. Since they are on a series circuit when one bulb goes out the circuit is no longer complete and thus the car cannot complete the relay circuit that causes the blinking. Most cars are wired in parallel, so when one bulb goes out the current draw on the circuit is less and thus the relay circuit actuates more rapidly.
