Default Bleeding clutch 3800 / trans - diff fluids

The pedal on the clutch feels high, not only that it feels like it has some difficulty catching properly in 1st gear. I'd like to try bleeding the hydrolic, and switching trans/diff fluid.

How is the clutch bled, can I use mightyvac, or where is the bleeder located. Fluid seems to be low, but im not quite sure where it should be.

Also, what fluid(s) should I be using for trans and diff. Ive read somewhere that u use atf dex3 for manual trans, and 90w for diff. I believe this was for ls1 tho, different trans?

Thanks
